We aim to make it as quick and easy as possible for clients to find the gemstones they are looking for and then allow them to view these stones in remarkable detail. We use an advanced macro videography system that provides industry-leading interactive 360° videos that display gemstones of all sizes more transparently that ever before; the colour, clarity and cut are displayed with unrivalled accuracy and internal inclusion patterns are clearly visible. In short, gemstones are shown 'true to life'.
And to further assist with gemstone selection, all videos and images are downloadable as unbranded, high-resolution files that can be freely shared with end clients.
World-Class Quality Control
Ensuring that we supply high quality and accurately described gemstones is our top priority. Before a gemstone is included within our stock, it is thoroughly evaluated by an approved Gemmologist from our panel. All our Gemmologists have FGA (Gem-A) or GG (GIA) qualifications and have at least 10 years of practical gemmological experience.
Our higher value gemstones are then further assessed by the UK's top gemmological laboratory, who can use advanced equipment such as FTIR & Raman for more detailed analysis. Some very high value stones are then sent to Swiss laboratories that have a global reputation as the ‘best in the world' for coloured gemstone testing.
Sophisticated Stock Management
Our state-of-the-art stock management system ensures that real-time accuracy of our online catalogue. Whenever a gemstone is sold or sent out on approval, our catalogue is immediately updated, ensuring that all gemstones displayed as 'Available' are available.
